Podcasts

I have been on stages since 1994. Podcasts came later, and I treat them the same way: show up prepared, skip the warm up, and go where the host wants to go, including the parts most guests dodge.

What follows is every show I have appeared on, oldest first. Some are pet industry. Some are leadership. One is a freeze drying operations deep dive that only makes sense if you manufacture things. All of them are real conversations, not press tours.

"Scaling freeze-dried pet food production: From startup to growth." This one is a live industry session rather than a podcast, but people keep asking for the link, so it belongs here. Trending: Pet Food, Episode 102

January 19, 2026 · Host: Lindsay Beaton · With Fred Klaas, Glacial Freeze Dry

"How can a company scale up its business?" One tabletop freeze dryer to 30,000 pounds of raw material a month, and then an acquisition.
